Yoga Class Details

Use the drop down menu below to get detailed descriptions of all our classes. Note that some classes are offered weekly, while others are offered on a monthly basis.

  • This energizing morning practice is offered as a full multidimensional yoga practice to awaken body, mind and heart. Practices include chanting, mindful movement, breath, and traditional yoga philosophy. A sun salutation vinyasa format of synchronizing breath and movement is incorporated with other poses and practices to support balanced energy and vitality for the day. This class is suitable for adventurous, able-bodied beginners or those with some yoga experience. Offered virtually and onsite Tuesday and Thursday.

  • This class takes a slower pace with more time to support various adaptations and refine alignment. With the help of props, including chairs, students are encouraged to find the best alignment for their body and are given time and space to explore different options for support and movement. This class is excellent for those new to yoga or those who may have injuries or health conditions, or who prefer a slower pace with modifications offered. Offered virtually and onsite Monday and Wednesday.

  • Restorative Yoga incorporates the use of many props to support the body in various positions of rest and comfort. Emphasis is on opening and releasing tension rather than active stretching. Poses are held for several minutes to allow for deep release and healing. Restorative yoga has been shown to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce hot flashes, and supports digestive, endocrine, and immune system function. Offered onsite on Thursdays.

  • These classes meet monthly at the full moon and new moon to celebrate cyclical wisdom and honor the power of the deep feminine. Practices include Yoga Nidra, rhythmic movement, breath, and sound centered around an awareness of the cyclical change.

  • These classes combine the yogic practices of breath awareness and mindfulness with MELT Method practices that incorporate soft foam rollers and balls to bring increased hydration to tissues, freedom of movement, and body awareness. MELT reduces pain, stiffness, stress, and tension. It has been clinically proven to reduce chronic pain. Offered virtually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and monthly onsite

  • Prenatal yoga offers a space for pregnant bodies to receive rest, nourishment, and movement to support the journey of pregnancy. Yoga has a wealth of practices to help navigate the physical, emotional, and mental transitions of this time, and to empower you to birth your baby with authority and intuitive wisdom. Together in community we practice a variety of movements, breath, and sound to support wellbeing at every level and stage. Offered onsite as a series on Wednesday evenings. Prenatal students are also welcome in Womb Yoga and our Full and New Moon Circles.

  • Our Postpartum yoga class is offered as a monthly series to support the healing transition of postpartum recovery.

Classes are centered around healing and reintegration for the pelvic floor, hips, and low back.

  • This class is offered as a healing and inclusive space for pregnant students, those newly postpartum, and all other life stages. Physical practices are incorporated to support the body through the journey of pregnancy and postpartum healing. Breath, sound, and restful practices are also incorporated to support the deeper healing and resources needed to support women’s health. Non-mobile babies are welcome in this class.

  • This class is offered on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7pm. Classes include some gentle movement and settling, followed by the restful and therapeutic practice of yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra has been proven helpful for anxiety and depression, chronic pain, peri-menopause symptoms, and more.
