Prenatal Yoga: Monthly Series
Wednesdays, 5:30-7pm, Price Varies
This empowering series is offered monthly and includes practices suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Discussion, deeply restful Yoga Nidra, and a variety of movement and breathwork blend together to create a multidimensional approach to practice to help navigate the many changes of pregnancy and prepare for birth.
Postpartum Yoga: Monthly Series
Tuesdays, 11-12:15pm, Price Varies
This series focuses on yogic tools for postpartum healing and recovery through a variety of movement, breath, and restful practices. Non-mobile babies are welcome and will be included in practice to promote bonding and connection. Practices offered will help to re-integrate pelvic floor and core muscles and ease tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back, all while supporting intuitive self-trust and agency in practice. No yoga experience is necessary.
Melt and Yoga foundations: low back pain
Saturday, 2/1, 3:30-5pm, $25
Learn accessible MELT tools and practices to relieve low back pain. No matter what causes your back pain, you can learn practices to help support your body. Student in this class will also receive an email with the sequence taught in class for ongoing home practice. Class packages and memberships can be used for this class. No MELT experience is necessary.
MELT and Yoga Foundations: Upper Back and Shoulder focus
Sunday, 2/23, 4-5:30pm, $25
In this Melt class, students will learn a series of hydrating moves that will help relieve tension and revitalize your upper body and nervous system. Focus will be on ways to reduce accumulated stress the shoulder girdle while promoting fluid flow around the neck, shoulders, and upper back, as well as into arms and hands. Class packages and memberships can be used for this class. No MELT experience is necessary
