Prenatal Yoga: Monthly Series
Wednesdays, 5:30-7pm, Price Varies
This empowering series is offered monthly and includes practices suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Discussion, deeply restful Yoga Nidra, and a variety of movement and breathwork blend together to create a multidimensional approach to practice to help navigate the many changes of pregnancy and prepare for birth.
Postpartum Yoga: Monthly Series
Tuesdays, 11-12:15pm, Price Varies
This series focuses on yogic tools for postpartum healing and recovery through a variety of movement, breath, and restful practices. Non-mobile babies are welcome and will be included in practice to promote bonding and connection. Practices offered will help to re-integrate pelvic floor and core muscles and ease tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back, all while supporting intuitive self-trust and agency in practice. No yoga experience is necessary.
MELT and Yoga Foundations: MELT for Better SLeep

Sleep is one of the foundations of good health. In this workshop, Lila will share some of her favorite techniques to help you sleep better and maximize your body’s restoration overnight. This class ends with a guided relaxation.
MELT and Yoga Foundations: Differentiated Movement

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to the concept of differentiated movement and how it plays into a healthy movement and yoga practice. Differentiated movement involves breaking down movements into different, specific pieces to develop coordination, range of motion, and a more subtle awareness of the body’s movement patterns. These concepts are foundational and applicable in ANY movement practice for increased health and wellbeing.
